1. After-sales Service
The factory-finished equipment of our company is guaranteed for one year. During the warranty period, if any parts or accessories of the equipment are damaged or malfunctioning, Party B will provide free warranty or replacement of the parts. Damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty.
Technical support method: Remote guidance is available. If the fault cannot be resolved, the equipment can be sent back to our company for handling. (During the warranty period, the equipment is free of charge if it is not damaged by human factors. For cases of human damage or beyond the warranty period, our company will still be at your service with all our efforts.)
spare parts supply: A spare set of critical components will be provided separately and sent along with the equipment.
